The “Fire and the Mountains”, Moshe Cotel's choral cantata based on the poem by Israel Eliraz, was awarded a first prize in Israel's International Competition on the theme of "Holocaust and Rebirth" held in 1978 to mark the 30th Anniversary of the State. This album was produced in 1980.
