Songs of Martydom and Hope

The music of the ghetto and the Holocaust contains songs which are uniquely emotional and moving. This album highlights the music of this era with such songs as Yisroelik, A Leben fun a Groshen, and Ani Maamin. In Slobodker Yishiva uses the tune from Rojinkes mit Mandlen but tells of the holocaust. Other cherished songs include Shtiler, Shtiler; Moishelech Shloimemlech; and Zog Nit Kenmol.
